Terms of Use

By accessing or using https://bintu.ai (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is operated by Bintu Alkassoum (“we”, “us”, or “our”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

BINTU.ai is an automated, AI-powered system that generates a customized business report — currently the AI Tool Kit — from structured inputs you provide about your organization and the AI tools it uses. A one-time payment generates the full report and delivers it to a private link, where you can read it and download it as a PDF. We may add further reports over time; these Terms will apply to them as well.

Reports generated by BINTU.ai are informational and advisory in nature. They do not constitute financial advice, formal legal compliance advice, IT security audits, or professional consulting. The report is generated by an AI model based solely on the information you provide and our proprietary heuristics. It cannot account for factors you did not disclose, internal company politics, confidential contractual obligations, or other context outside of the intake form.

You are solely responsible for independently evaluating all recommendations before acting on them. We make no guarantee that implementing the recommendations will produce specific financial savings, operational efficiencies, or compliance outcomes.

Your inputs are processed by Microsoft Azure OpenAI, running inside our own Azure tenancy. Under the Azure OpenAI terms, your prompts and the generated output are not used to train or improve any Microsoft or OpenAI model, and are not shared with OpenAI. To ground the report in current information, our pipeline also runs automated web searches about the tools and vendors you name.

AI models can produce statements that are outdated or incorrect, including about third-party pricing, features, and compliance posture. Vendor terms change without notice. Treat any specific figure or claim about a third-party tool as a starting point to verify, not as a fact you can rely on — particularly before making a purchasing, contractual, or compliance decision.

Reports are available for a one-time fee, clearly displayed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment details. Applicable sales tax or VAT may be added at checkout.

Payment comes before the intake form. After checkout we take you straight to that form, and we also email you a link to it so you can finish it later or on another device. Your report is generated from your answers, so nothing is generated until you submit the form — take as long as you need.

Generation begins as soon as you submit the intake. The report is written by a multi-stage AI pipeline, so it is not instantaneous: you can watch its progress on the status page, and we email you a private link as soon as it is ready. By submitting the intake form, you authorize us to begin generating your report immediately, which is why the refund policy below applies once delivery is complete.

Exceptions — we will issue a full refund if:

• —Report generation failed and no report was delivered to you within 24 hours of submitting your intake form.
• —You paid but changed your mind before submitting the intake form, and so no report was ever generated for you.
• —The report was generated with significant technical errors that rendered it unusable (e.g., blank or missing sections, corrupted output).
• —You were charged more than once for the same transaction.

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, email hello@bintu.ai within 7 days of purchase with your Stripe receipt. We will review and respond within 2 business days.

Note: Dissatisfaction with the strategic recommendations, disagreement with the AI’s analysis, or a change of mind after purchase are not grounds for a refund. The report is based directly on the information you provided — the output quality is tied to the accuracy and completeness of your inputs.

You agree not to:

• —Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically reproduce our proprietary database of tool opinions, schemas, or prompt methodologies.
• —Submit false or misleading information to generate a report intended to maliciously deceive others.
• —Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• —Post your private report link publicly online. Anyone who has the link can read the report.

The BINTU.ai methodologies, diagnostic frameworks, prompts, report structures, visual designs, website content, and software are owned by Bintu Alkassoum and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to payment for the report, we grant the purchaser a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the generated report for their own personal or internal business purposes. Internal circulation within the purchaser's organization is permitted and encouraged.

Unless we agree otherwise in writing (such as via an Agency License), this standard license does not permit you to:

• —Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the report as a standalone product.
• —Post the full generated text publicly online, whether as blog content or marketing materials.
• —White-label the report, methodology, or report template as your own automated product.
• —Reuse the report format, scoring framework, or output structure to build a competing software service.

Business use: The report is designed for business owners, operators, and leadership teams making internal decisions. If you need a separate report for another organization, purchase a separate report for that specific environment.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the AI-generated reports will be 100% factually accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular organizational purpose. You use the Service at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bintu Alkassoum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any report generated by it — including but not limited to loss of profits, data breaches, software procurement costs, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific report in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We may update these Terms from time to time as new products or features are released. Material changes will be reflected with a new effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
